Spring Time Mindset Reset!! 4 Week Yoga Based Program
This 4 week course is about taking the steps to create space for change step by step, week by week so that you are better able to see where and why you are getting stuck or falling victim to self sabotage. My hope is that the steps followed in this program will help you to let go of the crap that stands in the way of you living in alignment with yourself. We all carry a heavy backpack of past trauma and worn out beliefs that continue to color our present moment even though we have long grown out of the need for them. We all have old thought filters that need changing so that we can grow and stand tall in who we are in this moment. My hope is that you come out the other side of this course with a better understanding of the way your thoughts color your reality. And that you grow in compassion and patience for your perfectly imperfect self.
Course info: Each week you will receive an email that contains a short writing about the theme for the week as well as suggested practices to help you keep the theme in your awareness day to day. Included will also be a short pre recorded guided meditation that can help you to bring the theme of the week into your body and mind. There will also be a weekly yoga class via zoom that will take place Tues Nights 7-8pm throughout the course of the program. You can attend in real time but if you can’t no worries… It will be recorded and sent out immediately after the end of the class. That way even if you attended class you can revisit it through out the week. Finally…. You will have the option of being added to a private Facebook group so that as things come up for you or you have aha moments you have a safe place to share with fellow participants as well as myself.
